If you are unsatisfied with the product you received or if the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it, although certain restrictions may apply*. If you choose to return the product(s), the purchaser must contact Go and Flirt Spa herein referred to as the “ Seller” within 15 calendar days to arrange and request approval of the return with the seller and or sellers representative. The product(s) must be returned to the seller in its original packaging according to the instructions provided in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. By purchasing products from the seller, the purchaser agrees to the seller’s Terms and conditions of the sale agreement. Purchaser agrees that Seller will issue a refund to your account or provide store credit for the amount paid for the product, less restocking fees.
Restocking Fees shall be, at a minimum, at least 15% of the purchase price of the returned product(s) including any shipping costs or overhead costs the seller may incur in relation to the returned product(s). Original shipping charges on the product(s) purchased will not be refunded to the purchaser on any returned products.

form for any return.
- Attach the form inside of the shipping box with the product you’re returning.
- Package and ship your return.
* Include all items from your original shipment including devices, accessories, and documentation.

Replacements & defects
If you purchased a product or accessory that is or becomes defective through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair of your device. Please contact us and we will work with you on the next steps and replacement options.
Sale Lost or stolen shipment
If your product fails to arrive or you suspect it was stolen before you received the package, please contact us.
- Used or damaged products due to purchaser negligence cannot be returned. The term “damaged product” includes but is not limited to, damages caused by the use of a product, original product packaging is torn or missing, products damaged during shipment, or products damaged due to improper installation.
- Example items that are non-returnable include but are not limited to, Trial and Travel Size, USED Skin Care Products, Sale, or Clearance Items.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse any returned product at its sole discretion.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free Standard 3-5 shipping on all orders.
How is my subscription fulfilled?
If you are buying a subscription, then we will deliver Each month on the day selected in your account settings.
Item substitutions can be made up to 15 days before the shipment date. Subscriptions must be canceled AT LEAST
30 days in advance to avoid the next month’s charge.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international shipping now.
Are there other shipping restrictions?
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders can only be shipped on business days which are Tuesday – Friday. Orders to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing times as they will be processed through the military post office first before being delivered.
